Team

Sue Callahan

Optometrist
Sue has been practising for over 20 years in a wide variety of settings, both in Australia and Canada. She is a fellow of the College of Optometry, and member of the Contact Lens Society.

She enjoys every aspect of optometry, but especially diagnosing and treating red eyes, removing foreign bodies, and ocular disease such as glaucoma and macula degeneration. She has a strong refractive surgery background, working with ophthalmologists and running a laser surgery clinic in Canada.

Since establishing the practice she has enjoyed forming strong relationships with the community including local allied health professionals and general practitioners, and ensuring a holistic approach with every patient. She also offers all types of refractive correction including orthokeratology and refractive surgery co-management.

Outside of Optometry, Sue enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children: playing tennis, swimming, cycling and triathlon.

Gary Billings

Gary has exceptional knowledge of frames and latest lens technology.

He will provide you with his extensive experience and superb service to ensure the best visual outcome.

Kristina Iacovangelo

Optometrist

Kristina graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2012 with full therapeutic endorsement.

Her key interests are Dry Eye diagnosis, treatment and management, Glaucoma diagnosis and management, any Contact Lens fitting, and an overall avid interest in ocular pathology (both anterior and posterior). Kristina enjoys the challenge of an unknown 'red eye' presentation and the hunt for any hidden foreign bodies. She's had broad exposure to optometry in her years of practising and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanour.

Outside of optometry Kristina enjoys spending time with her young son, her adventurous husband, and playful pug puppy."
